Northbrook is a community of about 35,000 residents and still growing. This is the 10th year of a fine art festival in Northbrook. This festival replaces Arts in Northbrook.
This is our 3rd year in our new location! The beautiful Village Green Park brings the festival to a downtown location that historically has been THE meeting place for exciting village events.
