To Use a Paper Application:

Step 1:   Download, print and fill out the application

Step 2:   Include CD with High Resolution Images

Step 3:   Arrange Payment of Application Fee

Option 1 - include check(s) with application

Include a $35 check for each show that you are applying for with the mailed application. This can be combined into a single check for multiple shows.

Option 2 - use PayPal for application fee(s)

Use Paypal by selecting the number of shows and clicking on "Pay Now" below.  Each show that you apply for requires a $35 application fee
